Partner program terms

Last updated: 2 November 2026

These terms govern the Aciutap partner program between Aciutap (operated by Yamato Fujishima, Klaipėda, Lithuania; support@aciutap.com) and you, the partner. By applying you accept them. They sit beside the terms of service and the privacy policy.

1. What the program is

You introduce businesses to Aciutap. When a business you introduced subscribes and pays, Aciutap pays you a commission on those payments. You are an independent partner, not an employee, agent or representative of Aciutap, and you may not make promises on Aciutap's behalf.

2. Who can join

Anyone who is at least 18 and allowed to receive payments where they live. Sellers of NFC cards apply on the partner page; a business owner using Aciutap can switch referrals on from their dashboard. One partner account per person. Aciutap may decline or end a partnership at any time, and will say why. Partners work in the countries Aciutap has opened. An applicant from another country joins a waitlist: no link, code, credit or commission until Aciutap opens that country or approves the application.

3. Which businesses count

A business is credited to you when it signs up through your link, types your code in its settings within 90 days of signing up and before its first payment, or, for sellers Aciutap has enabled lead logging for, signs up within 90 days after you logged its Google listing and Aciutap confirmed the lead.

A business is credited to one partner only, the first. A business that already pays Aciutap cannot be credited. You cannot be credited for a business you own, run or have an interest in, and Aciutap's own demo businesses never count.

4. The commission

30% of each amount a credited business actually pays Aciutap for its subscription, after discounts, credits and refunds, and before the fees Stripe, Apple or Google deduct, in the currency the business paid in. The rate applies to payments made within 12 months of the business's first paid month. Free trials, free months and anything other than subscription payments earn nothing. A business credited to you before its free trial ends gets one extra week of trial. This does not change your commission.

Aciutap may agree a different rate or period with an individual partner in writing; the rate in force when a payment lands is the rate that applies to it. Where a store does not report the exact amount of a payment (Google Play), the line is recorded at the list price and corrected when the amount is known.

5. Holds, payouts and reversals

Each commission is held for 30 days after the payment. If the payment is refunded, charged back or revoked in that time, the commission is reduced or reversed. After the hold it becomes payable. Aciutap pays everything payable once a month to the PayPal, Wise or Revolut account you named in your dashboard, and notes a reference on each line. Payments under 20 euros (or the equivalent) may be carried to the next month. Before the first payout Aciutap may ask you to confirm who you are, your age and that the payout account is yours.

A refund that lands after a commission was paid out is recorded; Aciutap may deduct it from your next payout or ask you to return it. Taxes, declarations and any fees charged by your payout provider are yours.

6. What you may not do

  • Offer, suggest or pay anything to anyone for Google reviews, ratings or review content. The program rewards subscriptions only.
  • Create, fund or operate businesses in order to earn commission on them, or refer yourself through anyone.
  • Log leads for businesses you have not actually spoken to.
  • Advertise Aciutap with claims it does not make, bid on its name in paid search, or present yourself as Aciutap.
  • Send unsolicited bulk messages or otherwise break the law or a platform's rules while promoting Aciutap.
  • Promise or suggest what anyone will earn from this program. If you show figures, say they are examples and not a promise or a typical result.
  • Promise a business more reviews, better ratings or a higher place on Google.

Breaking these ends the partnership and forfeits commissions not yet paid. Aciutap may suspend a partner while it looks into something, and will tell you what it found.

7. Data

Aciutap keeps your name, contact email, country, payout details and the businesses credited to you, and shows you which credited businesses have paid, never what they paid for or their customers' data. If another partner referred you, Aciutap also keeps which one, and shows that partner the share they earn from your businesses' payments, not those businesses' names. The privacy policy describes this processing. You may ask for your partner data to be deleted; records of commissions already paid are kept as long as accounting law requires.

8. Changes and ending

Aciutap may change these terms with 30 days' notice by email; a change to the rate applies to payments made after it takes effect, never to commissions already accrued. Either side may end the partnership at any time. Commissions accrued before the end are still paid under section 5.

9. Rate tiers

Every business pays Aciutap the list price, wherever it pays. A partner's rate is 30% under section 4. From the month in which 25 businesses credited to the partner have paid in the last month, Aciutap raises the partner's rate to 40%; from 100 such businesses the rate is agreed one to one. A raised rate applies to payments made after the change, by every business credited to the partner, never to commissions already accrued. Aciutap reviews the count every three months and may return a partner to the rate its count supports, with notice, for payments after that change. The 12 month window of section 4 does not change with the tier.

10. Referring another partner

A partner may give their code to someone who then applies as a partner with it, or who applies after opening the partner's link. Aciutap records that link once, at application time, and does not change it later. For every payment that earns the referred partner a commission under these terms, the referring partner earns 5% of the same payment, under the same hold, refund and payout rules, for as long as both partner accounts are active. There is one level only: no share of partners the referred partner refers in turn, and nothing for an application or a sign-up by itself.

Naming yourself, an account you control, or someone who shares your payout destination as your referrer is not allowed, and Aciutap may refuse or reverse the rows it produced. Where you promote the program, for example in videos or a community, you must make clear that you are paid when businesses or partners join through you, as the advertising rules where you live require.

11. Governing law

Lithuanian law applies, and the courts of Lithuania have jurisdiction, without affecting any rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country you live in.
