Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Aciutap (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Yamato Fujishima, based in Klaipėda, Lithuania ("we", "us", "Aciutap").

2. The Service

Aciutap is a software-as-a-service tool that helps small businesses collect customer feedback, generate Google review drafts and replies using AI, and manage review-related workflows. Features may change over time. We do not guarantee any specific outcome (e.g. an increase in reviews or sales).

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to act on behalf of the business you register. By signing up, you confirm that the business information you provide is accurate.

4. Your account

  • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
  • You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
  • Notify us immediately at support@aciutap.com of any unauthorized use.
  • One business per account on the current plan.

5. Subscription and billing

  • Paid plans are billed via Stripe. Current pricing is shown on the homepage.
  • Your subscription auto-renews each billing cycle until cancelled.
  • You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law.
  • Trial periods (if offered) convert into a paid subscription automatically unless cancelled before the trial ends.

6. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service to post fake, paid, or incentivized reviews to Google.
  • Use the Service to impersonate another business or individual.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code.
  • Use the Service for illegal activity, harassment, or to violate any third party's rights.
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication, or billing.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

7. AI-generated content

The Service uses AI (Anthropic Claude) to generate review drafts and reply suggestions. You acknowledge:

  • AI output is generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies.
  • You are responsible for reviewing every draft before posting it publicly on Google or replying to a customer.
  • You are responsible for compliance with Google's review and reply policies.
  • Aciutap is not liable for any content posted using outputs generated by the Service.

8. Customer data on the QR review flow

When end customers use your QR review link, they submit answers through Aciutap. You acknowledge that this data is collected on your behalf, and you are responsible for ensuring your customers are aware of any local notice requirements. We minimize what we collect (no names, emails, phone numbers).

9. Intellectual property

The Service, its design, code, and branding are owned by Aciutap. Your business name, services, and customer content remain yours. By using the Service, you grant Aciutap a limited license to host and process your content for the sole purpose of providing the Service.

10. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages (Supabase, Vercel, Anthropic, Stripe, Google), or other unforeseen issues may cause temporary downtime.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aciutap is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost reviews. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

12. Termination

  • You may close your account at any time from the dashboard or by emailing support.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
  • Upon termination, access to the Service ends. We delete your data within 30 days unless legal retention applies (see Privacy Policy).

13. Changes to the Service or these Terms

We may update features and these Terms over time. Material changes will be communicated at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Klaipėda, Lithuania, unless EU consumer law mandates a different jurisdiction for your country.
